Poota bannd kay liye - Aik asaan aur mufeed Nuskha .
1-dahi (yoghurt) aadha pao le lein. aur 2 kaali mirchein(black pepper) pees lein.
2- Raat kay waqt us dahi(yoghurt) mein kali mirchein mila lein. aur unhein
aik barek kapray mein bandh ker kisi sayadaar thandi jagha per latka dein.
3- subha tak woh dahi paneer (cheese) ki shakal mein a gaya hoga.
4- poota band waly kabootar ko yeh jitna apko munasib lagy nihaar muu dein.
aur iskay 15-20 minute baad 1cc saunf ka arq dein.
5- yeh tareeka lagatar(continuous) 5-7 din tak jaari rakhein.
6- kabootar ko iskay ilaava mota daana mat dein kiun ky usy hazam hony me zyada waqat lagta hai.
